About the Author

Agneeshikha is a published author—mostly of peer-reviewed research papers and academic book chapters, where the drama is strictly theoretical. Born and raised in India, she pursued her postgraduate studies in England before moving to Italy for her PhD. By day, she is a researcher, navigating the world of academia with citations and conference deadlines. By night (and after at least five cups of coffee), she trades footnotes for fiction, writing stories filled with slow-burn romance, goofy MMCs, witty banter, and characters who may or may not suffer from existential crisis.

Author's Note

Hey there, lovely reader! 💙

If you've made it all the way here, I just want to say—thank you. I hope that somewhere in these pages, a line made you laugh, a moment made you smile, or a feeling settled gently in your heart. That’s all I ever hope for.

I wanted to take a moment to share something personal about the kind of love stories I write—and why they tend to steer clear of spice. It’s not because I don’t enjoy reading steamy scenes (trust me, I do, when they’re done right!). But when it comes to writing, I always find myself drawn to the quieter moments. The glances that linger just a little too long. The banter that hides something deeper. The way two people can fall for each other in small, soul-deep ways.

I grew up on stories like that. On Shah Rukh Khan films where a single word—Palat—could set a thousand hearts racing. On K-dramas that build love one heartbeat at a time, where a brush of fingers feels more intimate than a kiss. Those are the stories that shaped me, and those are the ones I want to pass on.

To me, there’s something incredibly powerful in softness—in romance that breathes, in love that grows quietly but surely. That’s the kind of magic I chase every time I sit down to write.

You might also notice my books tend to be short and sweet. That’s no accident—I’m a moody reader myself, and sometimes, I just want a story I can finish in one cozy afternoon. I hope these little books can be that for you—a warm companion on a rainy day, a moment of joy between busy hours, or a spark of light when you need it most.

So, what can you expect from me?

- Contemporary romcoms full of messy, lovable chaos

- Historical romances with quiet longing

- Paranormal love stories touched by magic

And always, always: soft-hearted, green-flag men who love deeply and kindly. No toxic tough guys here—just the sort of love that feels like home.

Thank you for reading. For giving these characters your time and your heart. I’m so grateful we found each other on this little corner of the page.
