Born and raised in India, she pursued her postgraduate studies in England before moving to Italy for her PhD. By day, she is a researcher, navigating the world of academia with citations and conference deadlines. By night (and after at least five cups of coffee), she trades footnotes for fiction, writing stories filled with slow-burn romance, goofy MMCs, witty banter, and characters who may or may not suffer from existential crisis.

If you’ve made it to this note, I hope that means at least one of my stories gave you a few laughs, some swoons, and maybe even those delightful little butterflies.
I wanted to share a bit about why I write the way I do—and why you won’t find any spicy scenes in my books. Now, don’t get me wrong—I love reading spice when it fits the story. I even tried my hand at writing it once, but somehow, it got completely out of control, and my single self just could not deal. Just kidding… or maybe not. Haha.
But in all honesty, I’m a sucker for the magic of non-spicy, innocent romance. I grew up on Shah Rukh Khan movies, where a single glance, a lingering touch, or a dramatic “Palat” (look back) was enough to make hearts race. Now, I’m absolutely hooked on K-dramas, where the slow burn, the longing, and the smallest gestures speak louder than words. That’s the kind of love story I want to write—the kind where banter crackles like fireworks, and a stolen glance is all it takes to make you swoon. I truly believe that romance doesn’t need spice to be meaningful. Sometimes, a ridiculous argument over noodles or a soft, lingering smile can say far more than a steamy scene ever could. That’s the kind of romance I’ll always hope to create—the kind that makes you smile, makes you feel, and stays with you long after you’ve turned the last page.
Oh, and speaking of pages—I’ll probably always write shorter books. Why? Because as a moody reader myself, I know the struggle. If a book drags on too long, my attention span files for divorce. That’s why I’ll keep writing quick, bingeable stories—perfect for your travels, cozy weekends, or whenever you just need a little romantic escape.
As for the kind of romances you’ll find from me? You can expect:
